All mounting hardware is included.Made in U.S.A. I've tried numerous grips in the past. The standard issue A2 feels too small and the checkering actually hurts my hands. The Hogue overmolded grip has finger grooves that don't work with my larger hands. Tangodown and numerous other grips are too small.The attractive selling point for the MIAD was the modularity and the fact I can get a rather fat grip with a beaver tail that makes it comfortable to hold. The only drawback is the lack of a built-in device to get rid of that gap between the trigger guard and grip.Pros: Allows you to customize the fit to your handCons: Does not include a plug for the gap between the grip and trigger guard, nor did they design it to address this issue. TangoDown's BG-16/BG-17 has this design feature.Overall: 4/5 stars The Magpul MIAD Grip Kit is an great product. After I installed it on my Spike's Tactical ST-15 Mid-Length, I noticed a great improvement in how the rifle sat in my hand. With the original, A2 grip, my hand would start hurting, but that issue has been remedied by the Magpul MIAD.I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to replace their old A2 grip, or any other manufacturer's grip. It is well worth the investment. Magpul puts out a great product with this grip.Perfect for those with a precision or tactical rifle wanting that perfect grip.Assembly is pretty basic, the only issue I ran into was the actual use of the wedge for the AR10 platform.
